Package benefits include priority scheduling (book sessions in advance), comprehensive study guide materials, additional practice questions with detailed explanations, ongoing email AND text support between sessions, progress tracking and personalized study plans, and access to our digital resource library. Payment is due at booking, and we accept credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Package sessions don't expire and can be used flexibly based on your schedule and needs. We also offer larger packages (8+ sessions) with even greater savings for students needing comprehensive, long-term support throughout their nursing program.

Scheduling Process: Initial consultation (free 15-minute phone call) to assess your needs, discussion of your learning goals and problem areas, scheduling preferences and availability review, selection of session package or individual sessions, and confirmation with calendar invitation and session prep materials. We typically have availability within 2-3 days for individual sessions, and package students get priority booking up to 2 weeks in advance. Sessions can be scheduled during early mornings (7 AM), evenings (up to 10 PM), and weekends to accommodate even the busiest nursing school schedules. We understand clinical rotations and exam schedules can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible rescheduling with 24-hour notice.

We require at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee. We understand that nursing school schedules can be unpredictable, so we try to work with students when emergencies arise. Our Policy Details: 24+ hours notice = free rescheduling, no penalty; 12-24 hours notice = rescheduling available with $15 fee; Less than 12 hours or no-show = full session charge applies. Exceptions: Medical emergencies (documentation may be required), family emergencies, and unexpected clinical schedule changes are handled case-by-case with understanding and flexibility. We also offer "emergency study sessions" with 4-6 hours notice when you have a sudden exam or assignment deadline, subject to tutor availability. Package students get one "emergency reschedule" per package at no charge. We believe in supporting your success, so we work with students facing genuine scheduling conflicts due to the demanding nature of nursing programs.

For package deals, we can discuss payment plans on a case-by-case basis.
